The layout includes a first-floor primary suite with a luxurious king bed, a private en suite bath with a lovely seafoam green color scheme, and a separate entrance to the front deck. The second floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two queen beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. Both upstairs rooms enjoy direct access to a screened-in porch with stunning ocean views. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen television.

The heart of the home is a light and bright living space characterized by creamy neutral walls, coastal-inspired furnishings, and wide windows with plantation shutters. • Gate Pass: A non-refundable vehicle gate pass is required for island access. Fees are set by the Harbor Island Owners Association and vary by length of stay (e.g., $25 for a day pass up to $215 for long-term stays). Please contact the team after booking to purchase your pass.

As a guest, you also have access to community amenities just a short walk away, including three sparkling pools located only 75 feet from the home, tennis courts, a workout center, and a putting green.
