The cottage offers a comfortable layout with four bedrooms and four beds. The main floor houses the kitchen, dining and living areas, along with a screened porch and two bedrooms, each with attached full bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms sharing a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom features a king bed, while the second offers a queen bed.

Key amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, and toaster. The outdoor space features a patio with furniture and BBQ grill, perfect for island dining. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, free driveway parking, and all essential linens and dishes.

This property provides access to Fripp Island Resort amenities through available club cards. The Fripp Island Club is private, and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. These temporary membership cards are available for purchase up to the property's sleeping capacity. Please note that a Resort fee of 12.8% of the base rental rate applies in addition to individual club card costs if you choose to use Resort facilities.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. All guests must comply with Club rules and regulations when using resort amenities.
