The home is designed to accommodate up to 7 guests with a thoughtful layout across two levels. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, all featuring incredible ocean views. The primary suite serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and access to a private balcony with seating. Two additional guest bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one featuring a queen bed and the other equipped with both a queen and a twin bed, sharing a well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combo. An additional common bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the first floor.

The main level welcomes you with a warm and inviting great room, anchored by a plush sofa, two matching armchairs, and a 65” TV with surround sound for movie nights. The adjacent dining area is bathed in sunlight, featuring a 6-seat dining table and a 3-stool breakfast bar. For meal preparation, the fully-equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space and Frigidaire appliances. Other interior highlights include an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. The property features a beautiful 2-story aqua façade and a front porch with comfortable seating to admire the views. Guests can enjoy two ground-level parking spots, a gas grill with seating for cooking the day's fresh catch, and an outdoor shower. For exploration and convenience, the home provides a beach cart, seven beach chairs, and two bicycles, with a boardwalk located directly behind the house leading to the beach in minutes.

Located in the exclusive Harbor Island community, guests have access to the Harbor Island Racquet Club, which includes a putting green, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, and basketball courts, two community pools (open April 1 - October 31), a playground, and a fitness room. The property also provides an annual pass to Hunting Island State Park, adding further adventure to your stay.
