The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, providing a comfortable base for four guests. For additional visitors, the property provides trifold floor mattresses for one guest and a couch for one more. The sleek bathroom is completed with a walk-in shower and a vanity with extra storage space in the adjacent closet.

This unit is filled with brand new renovations, furniture, and appliances. The common areas are flooded with sunlight, highlighting unique features such as an underwater-themed artist mural and emerald granite countertops. In the lounge, you can kick back on a reclining couch and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The inviting kitchen is fully stocked and features bar-style seating for four and a dishwasher for your convenience.

Located in a prime spot, the property is immediately across the street from Orlando's closest beach. You are also just minutes south of Cape Canaveral and the famed Space Coast, making it easy to explore the region's most iconic attractions.

To ensure a comfortable start, we provide initial essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods with creamer and sugar, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and light cleaning supplies (please note that laundry soap is not provided). Guests are asked to replenish these supplies as needed during their stay.
