About Property

Discover your own private paradise at Dune Daisy, a chic beach bungalow located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This retreat serves as the middle unit of a stylish triplex, perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the Atlantic Ocean and only a few blocks from the vibrant energy of Flagler Ave.

Designed for relaxation and style, the home features a modern Balinese aesthetic that creates a cozy, relaxed setting for your getaway. The layout includes 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable space for up to 3 guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, boasting a king-size Casper mattress and access to a private porch. The second bedroom is equipped with a single twin bed and offers a secluded feel as it has no windows. Each bed is as beautiful as it is comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Sea breeze enthusiasts will love the front and rear private porches, which are topped with custom handmade cedar pergolas for added style and shade. These areas are furnished with outdoor chairs and include a hot outdoor shower and a sandy toes foot wash, making it a wonderful place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Inside, you will find a full-size kitchen primed for preparing family feasts, though the proximity to the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave makes dining out an easy choice. For entertainment, the home is equipped with an HD smart TV featuring Chromecast and TV+ with hundreds of channels, alongside high-speed internet to keep you connected.

Located on Hope Ave, a very quiet street between Garlic and Flagler Ave, the property is ideal for families and quiet couples who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the bars while remaining within walking distance of everything.
