This cozy retreat boasts a reverse floor plan, offering stunning creek views and the perfect setting for a couple's getaway or small family vacation. The open-plan living area on the second floor features a stylish, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and ample cabinet space for preparing meals. The contemporary dining area, with seating for 4, is situated adjacent to the kitchen, offering a flat-screen TV and a see-through fireplace (not for guest use). Sliding glass doors provide access to a deck with outdoor seating and breathtaking views of the Harbor River. The living room, located on the other side of the fireplace, is furnished with comfortable modern pieces, including a couch, chairs, and a flat-screen TV above the fireplace. This is the perfect spot to gather in the evenings and recount the day's adventures. An additional sliding glass door leads to the deck, where you can enjoy the serene views with a refreshing beverage. After a day of exploring Harbor Island, guests can retire to one of the two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom features a full-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a deck overlooking the Harbor River. The second bedroom also has a full-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. A second bathroom with a shower-over-tub and a washer and dryer are located on the first floor. The property also boasts a small sitting room with a pullout sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations if needed. Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use, and this home is not pet-friendly. Staying at The Oyster's Pearl includes access to the community's amenities, such as the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court. The community pools are open from April 1 to October 31. Please be aware that a gate pass is required to access the private island, and the associated fees are set by the Harbor Island Owners Association and are subject to change.
