While the structured amenity list is limited, the villa is detailed as having a full-size kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and a large flat-screen television with cable/satellite service. The kitchen is fully equipped for convenience with a conventional oven, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, along with all necessary pots, pans, silverware, and dishware.

Sharing a lush 650-acre landscape with the celebrated Trump National Doral Miami, guests have access to an array of resort experiences. These include four championship golf courses, a classic European spa, a water recreation playground, and several restaurants. On-site highlights include a fitness center with classes, a mini-golf course, poolside cabanas, a pool bar and grille, and an activity center.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a cashless resort; credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Parking is available for up to two vehicles per villa at a rate of $25 per vehicle plus tax daily. The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit.

House rules strictly prohibit family pets, though service animals are welcome. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 room recovery fee per animal. Additionally, a three-night minimum is required for weekend stays between April and June.
