Upstairs, the primary bedroom serves as a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring two separate vanity areas for added convenience. For your practical needs, a washer and dryer are available within the condo.

While the condo itself provides a tranquil escape, the Newhaven community adds to the experience with a landscaped central courtyard, shared grilling area, gazebo, and sundecks. A community elevator and garage parking for one vehicle are also provided.

Located on the north end of the island, you are just steps away from the Ocean Point Grill, the pool, and the golf course.
