Location & Neighborhood Situated on the North end of the island, this villa is positioned across the street from the beautiful Ocean Point golf course. Guests are encouraged to explore the unique landscape of Fripp Island via golf cart, providing a wonderful opportunity to spot local wildlife, including deer, alligators, and numerous species of birds that call the island home.

Guest Access and Resort Facilities The Fripp Island Club is private, and all unaccompanied guests aged 13 and older must possess an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. These amenity cards serve as temporary memberships and are available for purchase during the rental process, with a maximum purchase limit based on the property's guest capacity. Please note that if you choose to utilize the Resort Facilities, a Resort fee equal to 12.8% of the base rental rate will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. Guests are required to comply with all rules and regulations set by the Club.
