Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms: a master suite with an incredible ocean view and a king bed, and a guest bedroom featuring a full bed and a twin bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, an air mattress is also available. Please note that this is a split-level unit with stairs inside, and all bedrooms are located upstairs; as such, the property is not wheelchair accessible.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, this retreat provides essential comforts including free high-speed wifi, parking, and provided linens and beach towels. Guests can also enjoy provided beach gear, such as an umbrella, boogie board, and chairs. For those traveling with infants, a pack and play is available. On-site coin laundry is located on the 3rd and 4th floors.
