Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, accommodating 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds:

• Bedroom #2: King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/jetted tub combo.

• Access: Upper-level unit requiring 16 stair steps; no elevator available.
• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles (first-come, first-served).
• Rules: No pets allowed. Charging electric vehicles (EVs) in common areas or exterior outlets is strictly prohibited.
• Entry: A Holiday Hills Gate Code is required and will be provided via a digital guidebook two days prior to arrival.
• Note: The indoor pool is not available for guest use.
