Guest Access & Resort Rules: This property offers access to the private Fripp Island Club. Please note that each unaccompanied guest aged 13 and older must possess an amenity card to access the Club's facilities. These amenity cards serve as a temporary membership and are available for purchase when renting this home, with a maximum purchase limit based on the property's sleeping capacity.

If you choose to utilize the Resort Facilities, a Resort fee of 12.8% of the base rental rate will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. Guests are required to comply with all rules and regulations established by the Club.
