The interior is anchored by a cozy living area that flows seamlessly toward the outdoors, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for families or couples traveling together.

While general property amenities are kept minimal to focus on the natural surroundings, the home provides a fully stocked kitchen, allowing you to easily prepare fresh local seafood or your favorite home-cooked meals. Please be aware that the fishing pier is shared with other renters. Additionally, guests should note that while pets are welcome, only dogs are allowed, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. Note that mailbox access is not available, and while initial starter supplies of paper products, coffee, and cleaning essentials are provided, laundry soap is not included. Guests should also be aware that during the month of August, sea wall repairs may cause the dock to be inaccessible and result in noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
