This welcoming unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed and a flexible tri-fold mattress, which is easy to set up and offers a convenient solution for additional guests.

This special apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down through the same family for three generations, adding a touch of authentic local history to your visit. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just a one-block stroll away. You are perfectly positioned to explore the area, with Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, the Pier, and several local restaurants all located less than a mile away.

For your convenience, check-in is at 4:00 PM via a unique contactless door code, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The home is stocked with a starter set of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, garbage bags, and basic dish cleaning supplies. Please note that laundry soap is not provided and mailbox access is unavailable for guests.

To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, this is a strictly pet-free property. All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. We hope you have a wonderful stay soaking up the sun and surf at this one-of-a-kind coastal retreat!
