The residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a flexible layout across two floors. The first floor features a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a TV, complemented by a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second floor hosts a loft-style second bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and great marsh views, alongside a third bedroom containing two twin beds that also overlook the marshes. A second full bathroom with both a tub and shower serves the upper level.

Inside, the home is designed for relaxation and connection. The spacious living room is equipped with a large TV, games, and puzzles for cozy evenings. For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed, including pots and pans for an induction stove, a knife set, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, microwave, and coffee and tea pots. The dining room features a large table with seating for six, perfectly positioned to take in great marsh views. Outside, the screened-in porch and deck provide a beautiful place to enjoy the sunrise and observe the local wildlife.

Fripp Island is a paradise for nature lovers, boasting three and a half miles of pristine beach and breathtaking nature and bike trails. Guests can walk the pier for dolphin watching, enjoy fishing and crabbing, or explore the lagoons and marshes via golf cart. The Audubon Trail offers another wonderful way to experience the environment. The home is conveniently located just a 3-minute golf cart ride or a 15-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, a park pass for the nearby Hunting Island State Park is included for your stay.
