Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $47 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.
A pet fee of $83 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet(s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc. are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Additionally, please note that: Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds.
We kindly ask that you take appropriate measures to ensure your pets are safe and do not cause any disturbances or damage when left alone in the property (such as crating them or keeping them in a designated area).
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Local guests must identify themselves to the host prior to booking. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund (strictly enforced).

The pool is not supervised. Guests are responsible for their own safety. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool area can be slippery. Please avoid running or jumping to prevent accidents. Shower Before Entering – Rinse off to keep the pool clean and free from lotions, oils, and dirt. No Glass or Breakable Items – Use only plastic or non-breakable containers around the pool. No Pets in the Pool – To maintain hygiene, pets are not allowed in the pool water. Report Any Issues Immediately – If the pool is dirty or there are safety concerns, notify the host right away. Host is Not Responsible for Injuries – By using the pool, guests acknowledge they assume all risks. Enjoy and stay safe!
Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk. Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes. Please do not enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees.
Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours.
Note: If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead.

Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms.
