1. This is a family friendly property. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. Meaning if you book for 8 people you can not have more than 8 at the house at all times. Our maximum amount is 8 guests. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. You will be required to notify us of any additional guests for approval.
2. Events are NO longer allowed at the property. The person booking must stay at the property.
3. Damage, trash and cleaning: Any damage, excessive cleaning, excessive trash, incidental charges such as added housekeeping may result in additional charges, at the sole discretion of the cleaner.
4. You understand this is a self check-in property and certify to be willing and able to follow instructions by Airbnb through check in guides or house manual.
5. Check-In time is 4:00PM (unless otherwise approved in writing before arrival)
6. Check-Out time is 10:00AM (unless otherwise approved in writing). No late check-out will be granted if another guest is checking in on the same day.
7. Trash can should be pushed down to the street on Tuesday evening, for early pick-up on Wednesday morning. It must be brought up on Wednesday.
8. The guest that made the reservation is solely responsible for ALL GUESTS staying in the home.
9. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
10. Pool Rules: A) All persons swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. B) No glass or breakable containers near the pool. C) The pool fence cannot be removed. D) Any broken pool equipment found upon check out will be guests responsibility. E) Do not leave children unattended in the pool area.

Please make sure to start the dishwasher before you leave. Take all sheets off the beds that were used and place them next to the corresponding bed. This will let us know which beds were used during your stay. No need to start laundry.
