The master bedroom offers a new king size bed with a full attached bath, while the second bedroom provides a new queen-sized bed, also with its own full attached bath. For additional flexibility, the updated living area includes a sleeper sofa and a conveniently located powder room nearby.

Every inch of this villa reflects a commitment to quality. You will find brand new appliances, granite countertops, and updated cabinets in the kitchen. The entire home features new flooring consisting of wood and tile, and all bathrooms have been redone with new fixtures. The space is finished with a fresh coat of paint throughout, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

While this villa is a sanctuary of its own, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool located in the courtyard just steps from the door.

Located on the exclusive Fripp Island, guests have the opportunity to explore a wealth of local activities. Please note that the Fripp Island Club is private. To access the Club’s facilities, each unaccompanied guest aged 13 and older must possess an amenity card, which serves as a temporary membership. These amenity cards are available for purchase up to the total guest capacity of the home. If you choose to use these Resort Facilities, a Resort fee of 12.8% of the base rental rate will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the Club.
