Important Information: Dogs are welcome with prior approval for a non-refundable $100 fee (up to 2 dogs). Pets must be leashed at all times, and county ordinance prohibits dogs on the beach. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking may affect your security deposit. Florida state tourist tax of 12.5% applies to all bookings. The backyard, deck, tiki hut, and BBQ facilities are shared common areas with the other two suites on the property.
