Each bedroom is equipped with a big screen TV and large closet space, while two of the bedrooms offer direct access to the outdoors—including one room with its own private balcony. Two of the bedrooms also feature the convenience of en-suite bathrooms, and the newly updated bathrooms throughout the home provide a refreshing retreat to feel rejuvenated after a day in the sun.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and gathering. The spacious living room boasts a large sectional sofa and big screen TVs, making it ideal for movie nights. For dining, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table, or you can choose to dine outside and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The true gem of this beautiful home is the immediate proximity to the turquoise waters of Melbourne Beach. Step out onto the large upstairs patio and balcony with your morning coffee to witness incredible sunrises or enjoy a front-row viewing area for rocket launches. A quick walk across the private shared deck and down the steps leads you directly to the shore. For those arriving by car, the large driveway provides plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.

• Duplex Policy: This reservation is for the upstairs unit. You have exclusive access to the second-floor balconies and patios. The beach deck and boardwalk are shared with the downstairs unit. There is no interior access between the two spaces.
• Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
• Security: All reservations require a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• Essentials: An initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and light cleaning supplies is provided. Please note that laundry soap is not provided.
