This spacious residence is configured with 5 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across themed rooms: the primary Veridian Suite features a king bed and private fireplace, the Oasis room offers two queens, the Botanical room provides a queen bed with step-free first-floor access, the Fern room has two twins, and the Canopy room is equipped with two bunk sets. Every bedroom is designed for comfort with plush bedding, blackout shades, and dedicated work desks.

Designed for living well together, the home features two distinct living areas for lounging or movie nights and a gourmet Terra Tropic Kitchen. Gather for meals in the Palm Court Dining Room, where an elegant table seats 16 under beautiful chandeliers. The backyard is a mini resort of its own, boasting a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, twinkling string lights, and a massive outdoor dining area with both gas and charcoal grills.

To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends and 9 PM to 8 AM on weekdays. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; a $500 cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking. Parties are not permitted unless previously approved.
