The master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a California King bed, a private bath with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated TV with Roku and Youtube TV. The second bedroom provides a comfortable Queen bed and a closet with storage. For larger groups or families, the third bedroom is equipped with both sets of full bunk beds and sets of twin bunk beds. A second bathroom with a tub and shower serves the additional bedrooms.

Inside, you will find wood tile floors throughout the house and a living room featuring a 60" Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen is a chef's delight with a massive island and stools, large counter-space, industrial pendant lights for ambiance, and a full suite of appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a dining table with an adjustable top to make it easy for children to reach.

Step outside to your own private oasis. The unique pool features a waterfall and grotto, complemented by a covered patio and four pool lounge chairs where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of falling water.

Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, you are less than a half-mile from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and its world-class restaurants. The property is ideally situated for Spring Training, located just 1 mile from Giants Stadium and surrounded by multiple golf courses. Other nearby attractions include Camelback Mountain (10 minutes), Sky Harbor Airport (10 minutes), Downtown Phoenix (15 minutes), and Talking Stick Resort and Casino (15 minutes).
