In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

• NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
• No parties / large gatherings / loud noise -For safety, insurance, and in case of emergencies, we ask for the first & last names and ages of everyone staying at the property. Thank you for understanding — this helps us make sure your stay is safe and smooth!
• No unapproved guests. While we usually are okay with a few extra daytime visitors stopping by the property, please send us a message to confirm. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $25/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, NO pets/animals. If you bring a pet/animal onto the property we will charge a $75 pet fee per pet/animal for additional cleaning. We will also require the pet/animal to be immediately removed. Our pet fee is for dogs only. No cats. $75 for 2 dogs and $100 for 3.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, you can not check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. Please give advance notice so the staff has enough time to change schedules. Priority goes to the guest that asks first. For early check-in requests, please ask us the night before so we can see if we can accommodate. For late check-outs, please request the night before check-out. No day of extensions. We have already coordinated cleaning schedules and cannot adjust the cleaner's schedules. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $30/hr. Our cleaning staff is prompt with check-out times. We pay this fee to our cleaners for the time they have to sit and wait in their cars if you do not checkout on time. We may also call the police for trespassing.
• If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
• Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
• Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
• Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
• Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees or file claims for damages and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds. OP
