Large sliding glass doors invite the coastal light inside and lead directly to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy ocean views even from the comfort of your bed.

While this unit provides a clean and coastal sanctuary with central A/C, please be aware of the following community updates. The property is currently undergoing improvements and renovation work. As a result, the pool area, seawall, on-site laundry, and fitness room are temporarily unavailable, with the pool closed until 2027. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and repairs to balconies, the parking lot, and the building foundation are ongoing. Beach access remains available via the nearby public access point.
