• Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age
• No pets allowed
• No parties permitted (grounds for termination)
• Parking: Maximum 4 cars in driveway; street parking is allowed; no garage parking
• Security: Three security cameras located at the side gate, doorbell, and driveway
• Guest Verification: Primary guest may be required to complete a screening process and sign a Rental Agreement, including providing a government-issued ID and matching credit card
• Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included/required to protect against accidental, self-reported damage
