ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:
We do not live in the area, and even for our local team the post offices are sparse in the area, so it will be very difficult for us to coordinate any lost and found returns, which means the costs/fees for any shipment of lost items will be considerable. So, please make sure you double check everything prior to departure.
*****We understand that accidents happen so If you damage something please let us know so that we can keep the house well appointed for future guests. You have already purchased an insurance policy with your stay. Insurance claims that are made for damage will not cost you anything. If you have any questions or concerns before or during your stay, please feel free to text or call us. We will text you on the morning of your arrival so that you have our contact information handy.
