This spacious layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master bedroom serves as a private retreat featuring a shower and a jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an attached tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is designed for versatility, offering a separate entrance and its own mini-fridge, microwave, and tub/shower combo to ensure added privacy and convenience. The main living space is centered around a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and coffee maker, with seating for 8 people. Guests can also unwind on the walk-out screened-in porch, which provides peaceful views of the 13th tee-box.

Located within the prestigious StoneBridge Resort, guests enjoy a wealth of recreational opportunities. The resort features 24-hour gated security and three outdoor pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), including a zero-entry pool at Forest Lake. Active guests can take advantage of the exercise room, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and a playground area. The resort also offers a paved walking track around Forest Lake, a catch-and-release pond, hiking trails, a pavilion, and a rec center. For golf enthusiasts, the property is situated directly on the Ledgestone golf course, with the ProShop and Ledgestone Grille located at the clubhouse.

• Access: Please note there are 17 steps down from the parking lot to enter the condo
• Important Policy: Beginning January 1, 2026, Stonebridge Resort requires guests to check in at the Welcome Center and pay a fee of $7 per vehicle per day. Failure to comply will result in denied entry to the resort.
