This retreat-like home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 12 guests. The layout features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for large families or groups. The sleeping arrangements include a Primary suite on the main floor with a King bed and a full en-suite bathroom, a guest room with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bed. The lower level hosts three additional bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is packed with leisure features to ensure a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy the large open yard and a covered deck, both offering scenic views of the lake. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are 4 kayaks available (2 adult and 2 kids), a propane grill, and a firepit for roasting marshmallows in the evening. Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table on the lower level, corn hole boards outside, and 5 SMART TVs throughout the home with YouTube TV streaming included.

Located in a serene setting, you are perfectly positioned to explore several lakeside restaurants around Lake Norman. Additionally, the city of Charlotte is just a short drive away, making it an ideal spot for an evening out on the town.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Age Requirement: The tenant reserving the property must be at least 25 years of age (verification required for insurance).
• Dock Access: Guests may tie up one boat and at least one jet ski to the dock. Please note the owner's boat stored under the covered dock area is not available for rent.
• Security: Exterior cameras are installed at points of entry to protect the home.
