Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. It is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance (no interior access)

Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together. The driveways and parking is shared between both Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home

Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms. Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk. Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes. Please do not enter if temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub.Early check ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.

Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them. We provide one set of bath towels and washcloth per person plus a starter pack of laundry pods in case you would like to wash them during your stay. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap etc.) If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
