For your convenience, one dedicated on-site parking space is provided. Please note that all parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times to avoid towing. RVs, trailers, or oversized trucks are not permitted on the premises, and lost or damaged passes incur a $50 replacement fee. For security and safety, 24-hour audio and video surveillance is active in all public areas of the building, including the pool and entrances.

Requirements: Guests must review and e-sign the Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be pre-authorized on the credit card on file one day before arrival and released within two days of departure, pending a damage inspection. For longer stays, this hold may be released and recaptured every 4-7 days.
Important Notice: If booking between September 7, 2026, and November 1, 2026, please be aware that the building elevator will be non-operational due to replacement.

Pets of any kind are prohibited at this property during your stay. A $250 fine will be assessed if any evidence of pets has been found after check-out.

The booking guest must e-sign the property Rental Agreement prior to check-in.

Credit card information will be separately and securely collected during Rental Agreement e-signing process. A $250 USD Security Hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals (the host) one (1) day before arrival and will be released two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the pre-authorization hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted at this property. A $250 USD fine will be assessed if evidence of these activities has been found after check-out.

A maximum of one (1) vehicle per booking is permitted. Trailers, RV's or oversized trucks/vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must abide by the additional parking rules detailed in the welcome email during your stay or they may be subject to tow and/or fines at the vehicle owner's expense.

Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted at this property.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property during the entire reservation. A government issued photo identification may be required upon check-in.

Check-out time of 10:00 AM local time or earlier on the last day of your booking must be strictly adhered to unless other arrangements have been made directly with the host. Fees may apply for unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs.

The number of overnight persons at the property greater than the amount stated on the reservation is not permitted.

Moving of any furniture in the property is not permitted without prior approval from the host.

Toilets in this property are designed to only flush toilet paper and normal human waste. Please do not flush any other objects or materials down the toilet. These objects include, but are not limited to: diapers, sanitary pads, q-tips, band-aids, paper towels, etc. Furthermore, please do not dump any grease down any of the drains in the property.

Report any damages that occur to the host immediately.

Gather and load all remaining dirty dishes, cups, silverware, cookware, and other kitchen items neatly into the dishwasher. Add one of the provided dishwasher pods/dishwasher detergent into the appropriate compartment and run a "quick" wash cycle. Our cleaners will take it from there!
