Designed for comfort and flexibility, the studio layout is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 2 beds: a primary queen bed and a couch that pulls out into an additional queen bed. To enhance the living experience, a privacy wall has been added between the living area and the queen bed, providing a sense of multiple rooms within the open studio space. The apartment features 1 bathroom to serve your needs.

Located in the heart of historic Cocoa Village, this home is situated in a neighborhood rich with local character. Guests have access to a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and a pool that is shared with the guests staying in the main house. Please note that the pool is heated to 78 degrees; the hot tub does not operate separately and maintains the same temperature as the pool.

To ensure a seamless stay, please adhere to the following practical information and house rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled more than 5 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellations made within 5 days of arrival. A 48-hour grace period with free cancellation is available after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.
