The second guest bedroom includes a Queen bed and a twin bunk, while the third guest bedroom provides two Full beds and an additional twin bunk. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and plenty of natural light.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome with an added fee; prior approval is required to avoid a $250 fine per pet. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (violations subject to a $250 fine). Parties and events are not permitted. Please note that occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Guests are advised to check Lake Norman water levels, as the dock may be dry during winter or drought periods. Indoor fireplaces are decorative only.
