Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the second bedroom, a queen and full bed in the first bedroom, and a full bed in the third bedroom. For additional guest space, there is a full bed located off the kitchen; please note that this specific area utilizes a curtain for privacy rather than a door. The interior is characterized by timeless original hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxing.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home provides essential comforts for a seamless stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a grill for outdoor cooking, a 50" TV, and WiFi. Guests can enjoy the fresh air in the backyard, which is thoughtfully equipped with a patio and an awning, making it ideal for family gatherings.

Located for maximum convenience, the property is just 5 minutes from Ft. Jackson and a short 15-minute drive to both downtown Columbia and Williams-Brice Stadium.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Access is provided via a digital keypad. We are a pet-friendly home, though we require that pets be crated when left unattended, kept off furniture and beds, and that all yard waste be cleaned up. Please note that all pets require a non-refundable pet fee, and guests must be at least 21 years of age with a signed rental agreement to book. To maintain the peace of our quiet neighborhood, parties and loud outdoor noise are strictly prohibited. For families traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request.
