The upstairs level houses three traditional bedrooms along with a separate lofted area converted into a fourth bedroom. Specifically, the rooms offer a king bed, a room with two full beds, a room with a full and a twin bed, and a queen bed in the converted loft.

On the main level, you will find a large open-concept living room that includes a futon for extra sleeping space, flowing directly into an eat-in kitchen complete with an island and granite countertops. For your convenience, a half bath is located downstairs. Outside, the home offers a nice deck with a grill that opens into a great fenced backyard, providing a secure space for outdoor relaxation.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required. We are a pet-friendly home, though specific rules apply: pets must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required, and additional cleaning charges may apply for excess hair or stains. Regarding cancellations, if notified prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, 97% of the payment will be returned (the remaining 3% is retained by the credit card processor).
