The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a guest room featuring 2 twin beds. The primary bathroom is designed for convenience with dual vanities, a garden tub/shower combination, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has been newly remodeled and includes a walk-in shower.

Inside, the cozy living area is equipped with a 55" wall-mounted TV offering free access to Netflix and Hulu. The full kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a smooth-top range, and a breakfast bar. A dining table seating six ensures plenty of room for family meals. For added convenience, there is a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and vacuum.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. An extended covered porch opens onto the lawn and provides direct access to the boardwalk and docks. Enjoy a cocktail while watching sunsets over the lake or step out for a day of fishing, skiing, and paddle boarding.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly for up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs under 30 lbs each (subject to approval). An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies. Please note that dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when unattended. Guests must use the designated green space across the street and adhere to HOA nuisance bylaws regarding excessive barking to avoid fines.
