For additional guests, the living area is thoughtfully arranged with a double bed off to the side and a futon sofa that sleeps one, ensuring everyone has a place to rest.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are asked to park exclusively in the designated upstairs parking area and avoid blocking the driveway. As this is an upstairs unit with a private entrance on the back of the house, we ask that guests remain respectful of the tenants in the 3-bedroom home located downstairs. For security, surveillance cameras are active on the exterior of the property.

Cancellation Policy: 97% of the total booking charges (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
