Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is strictly prohibited, though children and pets are welcome. A maximum of two dogs are permitted with a $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pets must be crated if left alone and are not allowed on furniture.

As Sea Pines is a gated community, every vehicle requires a gate pass. One pass is included with your reservation, and additional passes can be requested for $35 each. All passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure Guest Portal for rental agreements and verification.
