• Pets: Dog friendly (2 dog max). A $250 non-refundable fee per dog applies. Dogs must be crated if left alone and are not permitted on furniture or left unattended outside due to local wildlife.
• Access: Sea Pines is a gated community. One gate pass is included; additional passes are available for $35 each. All passes must be picked up at the property manager's office.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
• Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted.
• Community Pool: Open April 1 to October 15 (not heated).

Every reservation requires the completion of a secure Guest Portal prior to arrival for the rental agreement, guest verification, and selection of either a damage waiver or security deposit.
