• Sea Pines is a gated community; one gate pass is included per reservation. Additional passes are available for $35 each and must be picked up at the management office.
• South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally (June-August); access is not included and requires a separate pass purchased directly from the pool.
• Please note there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina and exterior steps are required to access all floors in the building.
