Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Space for 3 vehicles in designated areas only; parking on the street, grass, or pine straw is prohibited
• Community Access: Located in the gated Sea Pines community; one paid car pass is included. Additional passes are available for $20 per week via the host
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (1 dog up to 60lbs, or 2 dogs with a combined weight under 100lbs) for a non-refundable $300 fee
• Age Requirement: Minimum rental age is 25
• Quiet Hours: Enforced by the Town of Hilton Head Island from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Safety: The pool does not have safety equipment; use is at your own risk
• Note: Beach towels are provided. Please be aware of a planned beach renourishment project from November 2025 through May 2026 that may impact the nearby beach area.
