Built in 1834, this historic 1830s farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer a seamless blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, making it the perfect sanctuary for families and friends to gather for a relaxing getaway.

The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility with 4 beds (including a queen bedroom with a pull-out trundle single bed), allowing the property to comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. The master bathroom serves as the epitome of serenity, featuring a jetted tub and a skylight that invites the outdoors in.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room ideal for gathering and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware and a large dining table, perfect for preparing and enjoying group meals. The interior is meticulously updated while preserving the original character of the 19th-century architecture.

The outdoor experience is a true highlight of the retreat. Step outside to a full paver stone patio equipped with seating for everyone, a gas grill for cookouts, and a cozy fire pit for evening drinks. Beyond the patio, the property features the peaceful Evergreen Pond, offering stunning nature views and a quiet spot for reflection.

Located in a beautifully secluded area, you are only minutes away from Kirtland's most famous landmarks. Within a 10-minute drive, you can visit the Kirtland Temple, Patterson Fruit Farm, Holden Arboretum, Squire's Castle, Lake Metroparks Chapin Forest Reservation, and the Penitentiary Glen Nature Preserve.

Practical details include plenty of driveway parking for all your vehicles, including space for RVs, boats, and trailers. Please note that swimming and boat usage in the pond are prohibited, though guests are welcome to try fishing (the pond is not stocked).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request (maximum 2 hours, $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice). Pets are not allowed, and there is a strict policy of absolutely no parties or events.
