This unique property is a cute 1950s Sears kit home situated in a quiet and safe blue collar neighborhood. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. Inside, the home is packed with nostalgic details, including a salad bar, arcade games, a console TV, and a VCR. The kids' room is filled with toys meant to be played with, and for the more adventurous guests, there is even a secret room waiting to be discovered.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. The property boasts a nice sized yard complete with a fire pit and a fully fenced area perfect for your pups. For those who love to cook outside, the rear deck provides ample space and includes a propane grill. If you happen to need more space for a larger group, the Game and Wizard Houses are located literally around the corner.

Located just outside the New River Gorge National Park, the home serves as a perfect base for adventure. The New River Gorge Bridge, Ace Adventure Park, and downtown Fayetteville are all only 10 minutes away. Most rafting companies are within a 15-minute drive, and the majority of the trails and sights within the National Park are accessible within a half hour.
