The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms: one featuring a Queen bed and a second equipped with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed that sleeps three. For additional guests, the living room provides a comfortable pull-out sofa.

• Minimum booking age is 25; reservations made by guests under 25 will be cancelled.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $29 per pet, per night. Due to allergies, cats are not permitted.
• Long Stays: A signed rental agreement is required for stays of 14 nights or longer.
• Note: Due to the natural mountain setting, some pollen or leaves may be present on the decks and walkways despite regular cleaning.
