Designed for groups of up to 8 guests, the cabin features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the upper-level loft serves as a primary bedroom suite with a king-size bed overlooking the great room. The main floor contains two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. For additional flexibility, the lower level features an open floor plan that houses another king-size bed.

Inside, the main level is built for your comfort. Gather in the great room around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace or enjoy the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for those who love to cook. The lower level doubles as a family game room, complete with foosball and tall windows perfect for reading. Outdoor living is a highlight here, featuring a wraparound deck with ample seating, a lower patio with an uncovered hot tub for stargazing, and a private picnic area with a fire pit situated directly on the edge of the New River. A five-to-seven-minute hike from the front door leads you to private riverfront access.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs (must be leash and crate trained, 2+ years old, and 45lbs or less) for a nonrefundable fee of $50 per pet. Due to the sloping gravel driveway, 4WD or AWD is recommended year-round. The minimum age to book this property is 25.
