The second floor houses the remaining accommodations, including two bedrooms with Queen beds and a fourth bedroom equipped with two Twin/Twin bunk beds and two Twin trundles.

Guests can enjoy a variety of high-end features and recreation options, many of which were part of a major upgrade completed in the fall of 2024. The property boasts a full exterior facelift with new windows, doors, and decks. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a new covered outdoor recreation space that includes a hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, and ample seating. Additionally, a new outdoor storage area is provided, stocked with beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a transport cart to make your trips to the sand effortless. The interior has also been refreshed with new furniture and decor in both living rooms, alongside updates to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.
• Pet Policy: Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150; please provide advance notice.
• Access: Guests have private access to the entire home, excluding one locked closet.
• Hurricane Season: From June 1 to November 30, guests accept the possibility of tropical weather. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Standard cancellation policies apply unless a mandatory evacuation or extended power outage occurs.
