The first floor features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a luxurious master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and accent chairs. Additional sleeping quarters include a second guest room with a queen bed, a third room with a single bed and single trundle, and a fourth flexible space featuring a queen sofa bed and two private balconies with outdoor furniture.

Designed with high-end comfort in mind, the interior includes:

• A full kitchen equipped with essential cookware
• A dining table for 8 guests and a kitchen island with 4 stools
• A spacious living room featuring a large L-shape leather couch and Smart TV
• A dedicated desk area in one of the upper bedrooms

Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced backyard featuring a sparkling clean private pool. Please note that the pool is heated and maintained at 80F from November to April; heating during other months is available for an additional fee of $250.00. The outdoor living space also includes both front and back porches, with the rear porch offering a dedicated dining set for al fresco meals.

Located in a prime St. Augustine spot, you are only a few minutes from the shore and a brief 15-minute drive from the downtown district, where you can explore historic sites and the city's most popular bars and restaurants.

• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (maximum of 4) with prior host authorization. A pet fee of $189.00 applies to the entire reservation. To protect the home's linens, pets are not permitted directly on furniture; please bring your own pet beds. A $300.00 fee applies to any pet-related damage.
