This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and is just steps away from the vibrant Village area and the beaches. After a sun-soaked day at the beach, return to your private oasis and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. The spacious living area with a smart TV provides the perfect space to relax and unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Each of the cozy bedrooms promises a restful night's sleep, ensuring you're ready for another day of adventure. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bunk room offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 4 guests. Enjoy the additional living space in the sunroom, where you can sip on an afternoon cocktail or savor your morning coffee. The pool is available for year-round comfort, and you can even opt to heat it during the cooler months. Situated on the south end of the island, St. Simons Pier Village district is the downtown social hub, offering plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and exploring the nearby lighthouse, playground, and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island, you'll find an abundance of activities and attractions to discover. Remember, this home is dog-friendly for pups 25 lbs or less, with a $250 pet fee. No smoking is allowed, and the minimum age to book is 25 (or 30+ for GAFL weekend). No events or parties are permitted, and overnight guests beyond the original booking group are not allowed.
