This charming property features a primary suite with a king bed and private pool views, plus three additional bedrooms with full-size beds sleeping up to 10 guests total. Enjoy the open-concept living space, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient half-bath near the living areas. Upstairs, discover two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An outdoor shower with cold water provides a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. Just minutes from the vibrant St. Simons Village, you'll be steps away from the best shopping, dining, and coastal attractions. Stroll the historic St. Simons Lighthouse and Neptune Park, where you can explore the playground, mini-golf course, and picnic areas overlooking the ocean. With 4 parking spaces on-site, you can easily explore the island's natural wonders. Please note, this is not a pet-friendly property, and no smoking is allowed. For the last weekend in October (GAFL weekend), guests must be at least 30 years old or accompanied by their parents - no student groups.
