The home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main living level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and TV, complemented by a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters continue with a second bedroom featuring a full bed, a single-size bed, and a TV, complete with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms upstairs each offer a full bed, sharing a third bathroom with a shower. For extra flexibility, a sleeper sofa is located on the upstairs landing common area.

Guests can enjoy the following features of the property:

Perfectly situated mid-beach, the property is halfway between the St. Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This prime location provides a stretch of beach that is not tide dependent, offering plenty of walking distance in both directions. Guests are within walking distance of local favorites such as Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please note the following house rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a dog-friendly home for up to two dogs (25 lbs or less) with a $150 pet fee; however, puppies under one year old and breeds listed as 'vicious' by insurance carriers are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, on porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property. The minimum age to book is 25, increasing to 30 during GAFL weekend (the last weekend in October), where student groups are not allowed. Additionally, no events, parties, or unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.
