• Pets: Strictly not allowed per the Condo Association policy
• Smoking: No smoking allowed inside the home, on porches, patios, or anywhere on the property
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ or children accompanying parents; no student groups allowed
• Policies: No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group are permitted
• Please note: Guests do not have access to King & Prince hotel amenities, including the resort pool and tennis courts
